We’re looking for a Chief Steward to join our team: someone reliable, hardworking, and ready to take on a leadership role while having fun along the way.

This is a hands-on position that keeps you moving, collaborating, and making a visible impact. From keeping our clubhouse sparkling to helping set up memorable events, you’ll play a big part in creating the Beach Grove experience our members love.

What You’ll Do
- Lead by example, guiding and motivating our small but mighty stewarding team.
- Keep our clubhouse and facilities in tip-top shape—inside and out.
- Jump in on event setups, A/V equipment, and behind-the-scenes logistics.
- Pitch in with shipping, receiving, and light repairs when needed.
- Be part of the bigger picture by supporting all departments that make the member journey special.

What We’re Looking For
- A team player with great energy and organizational skills.
- Someone who takes pride in details and keeping spaces looking their best.
- Physically active and willing to roll up their sleeves.
- Open to evenings and weekends—it’s when some of our best events happen
- Experience in stewarding or maintenance is a bonus, but attitude and reliability matter most.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
