**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Construct retaining walls, interlock patios, steps, and other masonry elements to a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.
- Build custom decks, fences, and additional wood structures with accuracy, durability, and a commitment to detail.
- Interpret landscape plans, perform precise measurements, and carry out project designs with consistency and efficiency.
- Plant trees, shrubs, and perennials with expert care and horticultural knowledge, ensuring optimal layout and long-term health.
- Set the pace on site by working collaboratively with crew members to complete physically demanding tasks and maintain momentum.
- Maintain high job site standards by enforcing safe practices, clean workspaces, and top-tier workmanship.
- Availability for occasional weekend work is required during peak periods and time-sensitive project phases.

**Qualifications**
- A valid G-class driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in construction or landscape management environments.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, interpreting site plans, and assisting with construction estimates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients, crew members, and project stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues effectively.
- Proven ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity and morale on the job site.
- Hands-on experience with deck construction, garden installations, and interlock work for driveways and patios.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Retention bonus

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-07-21
