Position Responsibilities

**Sales and Service**: 70%

Day to day broker assistance and resolution of broker issues in a timely manner
Bring forward issues and solutions in order to facilitate clear communication
Review and make recommendations related to Broker escalations/complaints
Providing Broker support to Ontario and Quebec
Acting on customer requests coming in from Business Development Managers
Review and monitor portfolio balances on an on-going basis to reflect opportunities and changes within the assigned portfolio
Assist with other initiatives such as regional events and conferences
Keep up-to-date with latest industry knowledge and trends

**Compliance**: 20%

Assist with all Regulatory and Compliance related activities for Client Name Brokers

**Other**: 10%

Partner with Deposit Operations team to increase operational efficiencies and ensure a smooth transition between operations, service and sales
Effectively communicate with HTC management to maintain transparencies in the business

Special Considerations

Travel will be required within Ontario; approximately 10-15%
Valid driver’s license and car are required
Ability to work flexible hours to service all brokers
Overtime may be required
Formal Education
Bachelor's degree required in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent
Related Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience within the banking or investment industry
5 years customer service experience
Solid knowledge of investment products
Bilingual (French / English) preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently
