What will you do?
- Identify process inefficiencies and assist in building out solutions to overcome challenges
- Train internal resources on new processes and assist with change management
- Monitor execution to daily transactions and provide support where required to achieve SLA’s. Transaction support will include:

- Ensuring orders are place on time and with accuracy, while adhering to SLAs
- Proactive approach to back order management and a sense of urgency in communicating supply delays or challenges to the appropriate resources
- Action inventory adjustment requests within SLA to ensure systems are accurate
- Provide support for reverse flow processes and transactions
- Writing and updating work instructions/process documents to ensure team members are aligned and training is consistent
- Reporting KPI’s and identifying improvement opportunities while working with impacted teams to positively influence and achieve targeted metrics
- Participate in projects, as required, related to Supply Chain and Operational processes

What do you bring?
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration - Supply Chain, Operations, and Inventory focus.
- 1-2 years’ experience in supply chain related role, purchasing and process/procedure documentation experience is preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; Ability to clean, organize and report on business metrics while highlighting improvement opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in MS Excel, strong command and maneuvering through an ERP experience is required.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, with strong organizational skills are required.
- Strong team player motivated to exceed expectations and a desire to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
