**Position**:
Lead Hand/Line Operator

**Employment Type**:
Full-time, Permanent

**Location**:
351 Gifford St, New Westminster, BC

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead production teams, dealing with production lines and conveyors
- Optimize personnel allocation for efficient operations
- Provide comprehensive training to new employees
- Proficiently operate machinery and fill in as needed
- Resolve production, machinery, and personnel issues
- Generate production reports and maintain paperwork
- Collaborate closely with maintenance teams
- Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety standards
- Demonstrate strong leadership, including disciplinary action if necessary
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplify a positive, flexible, and reliable work ethic

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
