Oakridge Ford is searching for a Full-Time Service Desk Customer Service Ambassador If you have a Customer Service experience, a dynamic personality, a great worth ethic, and have an organized approach to your daily life than you have what we are looking for as we can teach you the rest

This cross-functional position will be responsible for the following:

- Greeting walk in and telephone customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Collect all relevant customer data and accurately set up new assignments in Summit (i.e. customer name, address, phone number, insurance company and adjuster, etc.)
- Contacting customers to book estimates
- Co-ordinate set up of rental vehicles and communicate repair status to customer and the rental company as required
- Booking in repairs with customers **Entering customer information into data base**:

- Make outbound calls to customers
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous car dealership experience would be an asset
- Experience ordering parts on with shop management software
- Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability and willingness to follow through on issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast pace work environment
- Able to perform duties with mínimal supervision
- Proven ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
