**The Role**:
Post-secondary training at a recognized community college in culinary field and Safe Food Handler certification is required, as well as Interprovincial Status. Working knowledge of Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is also required, and successful completion of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is considered an asset.

This is a scheduled position with salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement between the Convention Centre Corporation and the Canadian Union of Public Employees - Local 500.
