**POSITION TYPE**:
Full time

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**Lead & Inspire**: Manage & mentor crew members to perform at their best every day.

**Manage & Execute**: Oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance, including installations of plants & sod, pruning, and other environmental/landscape services.

**Deliver Quality & Efficiency**: Ensure job sites meet Oakhill’s high standards, within expected time period.

**Communicate with Clients**: Be the on-site representative for Oakhill, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling concerns proactively.

**Maintain Safety & Equipment**: Enforce safety protocols and ensure tools and machinery are properly maintained.

**Problem-Solve & Adapt**: Address challenges on-site with a solutions-first mindset.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Primarily on-site at project locations with occasional office-based planning and reporting.
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, and other materials.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, repeatedly through an entire work shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (good stamina/fitness).
- Work near machines and other landscape equipment on a regular basis.
- Work outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, snow, cold, dust, and noisy environments.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- **Leadership Experience**: 1-2+ years in a **foreman or crew lead** role in landscape management.
- **Expertise in Landscape Maintenance**: Strong knowledge of mowing, pruning, fertilization, and property management.
- **Strong Communication & Organization**: Ability to manage crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient job completion.
- **Reliability & Accountability**: You take pride in delivering results and leading by example.
- **Ability to Read & Execute Plans**: Understanding of site maps, work orders, and job-specific instructions.
- **Valid Driver’s License & Clean Record**: A must-have for driving company vehicles and leading job sites.
