Commercial and ag lending experience rewarded
Ensure sound due diligence and credit analysis principles are applied as you assess credit risk and confirm FCC’s risk appetite statement is being followed.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide an objective assessment on the quality and soundness of credit decisions made
- Assess employees’ abilities to exercise sound credit judgement
- Form conclusions based on observations and provide recommendations to close identified gaps
- Find ways to enhance existing credit policy guidelines and processes, and report on these findings
- Collaborate with other business units

**What you’ll need**:

- Undergraduate degree in agricultural finance, business or commerce supplemented by at least five years of proven lending experience, including small commercial lending (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
