**Job Description**:

- Jon Witzel Contracting is looking for an experienced Finish Carpenter for our residential and commercial sectors. This role requires detailed craftsmanship of all interior and exterior finishes, putting the final touches on the residential and commercial projects, including completion of custom homes, renovations, additions, offices and tenant outfits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform constructions duties as per project scope, including: demolition, drywall, millwork, trim and flooring with an extreme level of detail
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with a crew (based on size of project) to ensure the job is completed from start to finish
- Ability to read and understand design drawings, blueprints and material specifications
- Place a high priority on safety; familiar with provincial standards; responsible for enforcing safety standards onsite
- Communicate with homeowners, colleagues, subtrades
- Report daily to Project Manager

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
