**Major Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Manufacture various cast epoxy products according to part specifications and product drawings
- Perform set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of moulds
- Use of manual tools to perform tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the assigned work area
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Operate a hoist, pallet jack, and/or forklift safely
- Work to ensure schedule and production targets are met and that all products meet the highest standard of quality
- Follow all standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and ISO requirements
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to read, use, and understand standard and metric measuring devices
- Demonstrate a safe and quality conscious approach to work and perform well in a self directed team environment

**Work Conditions**:

- Day shift with overtime as required
- **Must have the ability to wear a respirator**
- Heavy lifting required up to 50lbs
- Repetitive and fast paced tasks
- Ability to stand, crouch, bend, and reach for long periods of time
- Manual dexterity required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
