**WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR II, COAST MOUNTAIN HYDRO SERVICES INC.**

***SALARY: $103,064 per annum**

Coast Mountain Hydro Services Inc. (CMH) is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to add to our small team of dedicated professionals to manage the operation and maintenance of our hydroelectric facilities.

CMH is an award-winning [Recipient of a 2019 Clean Energy BC (CEBC) award for Operational Excellence] run-of-the-river hydroelectric project '“ comprising the Forrest Kerr, McLymont and Volcano Hydroelectric Facilities. We are located in Northwestern BC, with the Coast Mountain Range to the west and Skeena Mountains to the east, approximately 100 km from the town of Stewart and within the Golden Triangle in Tahltan Territory.

CMH is owned by Axium, Manulife and the Tahltan Nation. With two active mines in proximity, and an estimated $365.9M of exploration expenditures incurred in the Northwest throughout 2021, CMH - which generates 300 megawatts, enough to power 225,000 homes '“ is providing a source of clean power to local Tahltan communities and to the exploration and mining industry.

***_Functional Responsibility_**

Reporting to the Plant Manater the warehouse coordinator is responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments including dangerous goods, maintaining organization of the warehouse and maintaining accurate inventory within the system. In addition to shipping and receiving, the warehouse coordinator will coordinate warehousing operations and support the supply of assembled work package materials.

**_Principal Responsibilities_**
- Receive incoming shipments, verify goods received, and assist with the unloading of shipments;
- Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with loading;
- Ensure all received shipments are stored in their appropriate location;
- Maintain the Maximo inventory database and perform periodic audits as required;
- Assemble materials for operations work packages based on Maximo work orders;
- Facilitate the order of new materials: source materials, contact suppliers, research alternative quotes, and enter Maximo purchasing requisitions;
- Identify opportunities for improvement, provide solutions, and implement new practices to drive continuous improvement in warehouse activities;
- Maintain and manage site inventory of spare parts and consumables and complete counts when required;
- Support site operations and maintenance teams with various tasks from time to time including transportation of goods, operating of site equipment, camp maintenance assistance, small potable water plant coverage and assisting with operations maintenance and repairs;
- Enter and create work orders in Maximo and assist with maintaining accuracy of system data;
- Complete all safety, training, and HR related tasks in a timely manner and abide to all CMH Policies and Procedures.

**_ Qualifications_**
- Red Seal or Journeyperson Partsperson would be considered an asset.
- Minimum of five years experience in handling and documenting of materials, parts and merchandise and material control.
- Must have a good working knowledge of materials commonly used in the maintenance of a hydroelectric generating station.
- Certification and ability to operation the Telehandler and/or forklift.
- Working knowledge of the Maximo system.
- May be required to certify in Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) and WHMIS as required by legislation
- Must maintain a valid Driver's Licence.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
