**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses and contact lenses that best suit their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and frame styles.
- Perform fittings and adjustments to ensure proper alignment and comfort of eyewear.
- Maintain knowledge of current optical trends, products, and technologies.
- Process orders accurately using optical software systems such as Epic.
- Collaborate with eye care professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in the ordering of optical supplies.
- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or optical settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to eye care is advantageous.
- Familiarity with laboratory processes for lens fabrication is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
