Unipac Packaging Products Limited, a national provider of food packaging and blended ingredients, is looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our growing Edmonton team.

**What you'll Do**
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff in different cities to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain stock availability.
- Analyze operational processes and implement improvements for efficiency.
- Oversee order picking processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate records using WMS and ERP systems for reporting purposes.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers as needed.

**What you Bring?**
- 4-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience; 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- Forklift certification and strong knowledge of WHMIS/safety protocols.
- Solid communication skills—you're calm under pressure and clear with your crew.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems); experience with inventory software is a plus.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude—we’re big on rolling up sleeves and getting things done.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
