Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for vehicles brought into the body shop
- Communicate with customers regarding repair details and cost breakdowns
- Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure accurate repair estimates
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Upsell additional services or products as needed

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a body shop, dealership, or automotive repair setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle damage and repairs accurately
- Sales experience is a plus for upselling services or products

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
