**POSITION: VALET DESK AGENT (full time POSITION)**

**DEPARTMENT**:FRONT OFFICE

**REPORTING TO**:Front Office Manager

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond to internal and external guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt and courteous manner, in person and/or on the telephone.
- Responsible for maintaining high and consistent level of Guest Services.
- Acknowledge guest compliments and complaints and ensure that the guest’s needs are met.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient provision of valet services, through the coordination of valet attendants and vehicle tagging procedures.
- Coordinate the flow of the entire valet department which includes, but not limited to, retrieval of guest’s vehicles, booking of the airport limousine service, and when a bellman is not present, retrieving guest’s luggage
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the valet desk area
- Ensure the valet team is working effectively
- Ensure the valet team has professional appearance

**SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication & Organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to comply with insurance
- Provide a Drivers Abstract

**RATE**: $ 25.68 (starting wage) $26.68 (after probation).

**HOURS**: Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.68-$26.68 per hour
