**WHAT WE'RE OFFERING**:

- **Salary**:Starting Range of $65,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in service management or related field.
- Detail-oriented administrator with strong administrative skills and experience in Invoicing, purchasing, with a knack for numbers.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing a high-performing team.
- Able to collaborate closely to shape and execute initiatives that reflect the Service Department’s strategic vision and operational priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with service management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- PLC and or Automation controls experience an asset

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Ensure the meticulous and prompt management of all daily administrative duties within the department.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely completion of projects while meeting customer expectations.
- Involved in hiring, training, and supervising a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance, and assisting service technicians when and as needed.
- Assisting in new equipment installation and project management
- Assist existing service dept. with outside technical repairs when able including Mechanical and Electrical Repairs to varied industrial machinery located throughout the lower mainland.
- Monitor and evaluate service processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide professional customer service and timely follow-ups.
- Help drive business development and accelerate company growth by optimizing service department performance and client engagement.
