**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of experience in home renovations and carpentry
- Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in home renovations
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks, including framing, finishing, minor plumbing, minor electrical, some drywall, mud & tape, basic flooring (LVP/Laminate)
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Project Manager to plan and execute daily tasks on projects
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively and safely
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate progress and status updates with PM and Team members
- Adhere to project timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the renovation process

Some out of town travel will be required as well as overtime.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
