Part-time Day Program Support Worker

Job Description:
- Supervise participants throughout all programmed activities
- Maintain safety and security of all participants
- Ensure that a 1:4 ratio is kept at all times
- Always maintain an open dialogue with parents, guardians and co workers
- Complete sign in/sign out and attendance sheets
- Complete all paperwork (incident reports, behavioural logs, communication logs, etc.) as required
- Adhere to confidentiality agreements
- Prep materials required for daily programming
Administrative Duties:
- Ensure the appropriate paperwork is completed
- Work on Progress Reports and Client Goals
- Summarize the shift in the communication book at the end of each day
Expectations:
- Attend all scheduled staff meetings and debriefings
- Arrive on time for your shifts and clock in accordingly
- Give as much notice as possible if unable to make a shift and notify the Director
- Come dressed in comfortable, appropriate staff attire
- Remain calm and professional when dealing with parents, guardians and members of the public
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
