Industrial Painter/blaster

**Compensation**
- $24 to $28 per hour to start, based on previous experience
- Overtime hours after 44 hours per week

**Shifts**
- 5 x 10-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**
- Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on sandblasting and powder coat painting equipment to produce finishes that meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor performance of equipment - identify and communicate to management any equipment and/or paint quality issues as they arise.
- Follow safe manufacturing and material handling practices.
- Operate fork lifts and overhead cranes to move raw and finished material to and from paint area.
- Read and understand material sheet tags and product drawings

**Qualifications/Attributes**
- Forklift and/or telehandler experience would be an asseet
- Previous blasting and/or powder coat painting experience would be an asset
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
