**About the Position**:
The Material Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of material before processing and keeping inventory in good condition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tagging stock material.
- Keeping material locations up to date.
- Marking what material is to be ran based on weekly priorities.
- Receive and fill out BOLs, packing slips and shipping documentation.
- Perform quality inspections of incoming loads.
- Review and fill out paperwork.
- Loading and unloading of trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes when needed.
- Using inventory management software and keeping it up to date.

**Work Location**:

- Hamilton, ON.

**Position Requirements**:
**Skills, Knowledge and Competency Requirements**
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Ability to operate overhead cranes.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures.
- Strong communication skills.
- A team player, who can interrelate and operate efficiently with peers and other associates within a collegial, yet demanding, work environment.
- Organizing skills and the ability to be flexible in managing changing priorities.
- Strong Time management skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.

**Working Conditions**
- Ability to left up to 50lbs.
- Working indoors and outdoors year round.
- Manual dexterity.
