Are you an **International Medical Graduate (IMG)**seeking a hands-on opportunity to grow in a dynamic, team-based environment?

Synergy Collaborative Health Clinic, based in the beautiful town of Cochrane, Alberta, is looking for motivated and compassionate Clinical Aids to work closely with our Lead Physician and our growing multidisciplinary team. This is a unique chance to gain meaningful experience in a high-functioning, integrative health setting—and become part of something truly special.

**Who We're Looking For**:
We are hiring multiple Clinical Aids to support a range of specialties, including:

- Primary Care / Family Medicine
- Sports Medicine
- Psychiatry
- Gynecology / Women’s Health
- Dermatology

Experience in one or more of these areas is a strong asset, but not required—we value passion, reliability, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Work directly alongside the Lead Physician to support patient care delivery
- Assist with clinical documentation, EMR entries, and patient assessments
- Coordinate care across our integrated team of physicians, psychologists, naturopaths, allied health providers, and administrative staff
- Support various specialties depending on your interest, background, and clinic needs
- Grow into a full-time role with increasing responsibility and learning opportunities
- **IMGs** seeking Canadian healthcare experience
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about whole-person care
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with EMRs (e.g. Telus Med Access) is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
