How You’ll Make an Impact
- Report to the Supervisor, Claims Care Team.
- Answering and responding to claims inquiries, claim intake and managing each claim to closure through various channels.
- Responsible for rental management, total loss and cash settlements, processing payments, subrogation, and some administration tasks.
- Adhering to the claims handling practices in accordance to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure claims handling practices adhere to legislative and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring to the Table
- You have a high school diploma.
- You demonstrate service excellence.
- You have excellent telephone and computer skills.
- Your ability to communicate is equally matched by your excellent telephone etiquette and professionalism.
- You have a willingness to pursue ongoing education within Insurance.
- You'll get bonus points if you have knowledge of claims procedures and/or insurance policies.
