**Fairway Market -** is a locally owned and operated grocery chain on Vancouver Island. Fairway Market’s has 9 grocery stores and has been serving Vancouver Island for over 60 years.

**Position Summary - **We are looking for focused and dynamic team players to fill an opening in our deli department. Fairway Market is looking for someone who is pro active with innovative new ideas to develop a successful department for the company.

*Location: Brentwood Bay

1 Deli Supervisor full time
- days/evenings/weekends/weekdays
- flexible schedule
- experience in a restaurant & deli setting
- inventory management.
- maintaining all government & company protocols
- experience in training staff & scheduling
- merchandising with creative ideas
- manage customer requests/concerns
- experience with budgets and create programs for increase sales.
- working with other departments to cross promote.
- ordering inventory.

Additional training will be provided with finer details of the positions

Looking for punctual, honest, hardworking person who want to join a fantastic team. Compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
