**Schedule**: Monday to Friday
**Location**: 33 - 22d Street East, Saskatoon, SK

**Job Summary**:
**Job Summary**: Trains and directs retail clerks in ordering, receiving, sales, inventory, cash control and customer service functions.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure customer complaints are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner when a Manager is not present.
- Coach and motivate retail staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
- Maintain positive customer relations by ensuring efficient, quality service and operation of store at all times.
- Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed; maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- Ensure that maintenance of all equipment is completed when necessary; responsible for notifying Management for need of outside service.
- Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner.
