**About the Role**: Front Desk Supervisor
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will help oversee day-to-day front office operations while supporting and mentoring the front desk team. You’ll ensure all guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure, while also handling administrative duties and helping solve guest concerns with a calm, professional approach.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, coach, and support Front Desk Agents during daily operations.
- Ensure all front office procedures are followed and service standards consistently met.
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing with accuracy and warmth.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Promote strong inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth operations across the lodge.
- Maintain accurate shift logs and communicate important updates to other shifts and departments.
- Lead by example in maintaining a clean and safe front desk and lobby environment.
- Uphold a strong guest-first approach and ensure your team does the same.
- Support scheduling, training, and onboarding of new front desk team members.
- Step in to assist with administrative tasks and general front office operations as needed.

**What You Bring**:

- Previous front desk or guest service experience required; leadership or supervisor experience is a strong asset.
- A self-motivated, proactive personality with strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep cool under pressure.
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or POS systems is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and stepping in where needed.
