**About the Role**:
We’re hiring a full-time **Customer Care Manager** to lead customer service and catering coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating exceptional client experiences, is a pro at staying organized, and wants to be a key player in a growing health-focused business.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for our customers and corporate clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely responses, and consistent follow-through. You’ll also work cross-functionally with our kitchen, fulfillment, and delivery teams to ensure every order runs seamlessly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate catering orders and assist with corporate client communications
- Manage meal plan data entry and assist with meal planning (based on Nutrition Specialist guidance)
- Build and maintain relationships with regular customers and business partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Track customer feedback and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Support front office operations and administrative tasks as needed
**What We're Looking For**:
- Previous customer service experience (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solver with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Interest in fitness, wellness, and healthy living
- Nutrition knowledge or background is a bonus
- Must be able to work on-site at our Calgary location
