As a Management Trainee, you'll play an integral role within our team, actively participating in diverse events and engaging with the local community. Your responsibilities will encompass gathering insights, coordinating event setups, training team members, and fostering day-to-day interactions. Additionally, as part of this role, you'll also facilitate select sales transactions when encountering customers who meet the criteria for specific offerings and display genuine interest in establishing a business partnership with the represented client.

**Qualifications**:
- While not obligatory, an educational background or credentials in marketing or business could prove beneficial.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous, including roles in retail sales, call centers, food service, hospitality, or reception.
- Eligibility for employment in Canada is required.
