**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Assist students in understanding complex concepts in English.
- Develop personalized lesson plans and educational materials to facilitate effective learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and motivation.
- Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure a cohesive approach to student education.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and record keeping.
- A genuine passion for educating and inspiring students to reach their full potential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
