**What will you do?**
- Daily checks of qualifying claims in both internal and external systems
- Action and respond to ad-hoc requests for rental extensions
- Interact with shops to validate estimate completion dates and validate and mitigate through appraisal any parts delays
- Coordinate with claims handlers on problem files, and customer facing rental issues to mitigate rental length
- Contact providers and come to an agreement on daily rates for rentals if they are higher than standard rates for the vehicle type

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle rental industry
- Minimum 1 year of knowledge & handling of auto claims
- Preferred, college diploma (Insurance focused)
- Strong communication, negotiation & investigative skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
- CIP designation or working towards completion would be considered an asset
- Able to analyze data & to work independently#LI-Hybrid
