**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to promote a high-performance culture.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and prepare reports as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
