We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated **Maintenance Worker** to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and indoors, has a variety of maintenance experience, and takes pride in keeping properties well-maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lawn cutting and grounds maintenance at 4 residential/commercial locations
- Light gardening duties including planting, weeding, and seasonal upkeep
- Assisting with light construction projects such as drywall repair, painting, and minor renovations
- General maintenance tasks including minor repairs, clean-ups, and equipment upkeep

**Requirements**:

- Experience using hand tools and basic power tools
- Valid **G-Class Driver’s License**:

- **Clean Driver’s Abstract**:

- **Clear Criminal Record Check** (must be provided prior to start)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
