**Inventory & Gov’t Reporting**
In this position you will require to have Sage 50 extensive experience, with knowledge using the Inventory function. You will also be required to know Microsoft Excel at a business level.
**Duties**
- Understanding and respecting Government Regulation Policies
- Payroll Prep (Excel)
- Production Inventory (Excel)
- Accountable on Inventory weekly counts (Excel)
- Payable Records (Excel)
- Health Canada Reports (Excel)
- Comparing prices from previous invoices (Excel)
- Month End Reports created by Sage to Excel
- _**Mandatory, but know to work in Sage 50 with at least 5 years experience**_
- Inventory Counts regularly (Excel)
- Promote best practices in data analysis and government reporting
- Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research
- Use data to understand business patterns and trends
- Gov't preparation reports (Excel)
- Communicate findings to company through standard and ad hoc reports
- Researching for new Suppliers for price and quality
- Must be reliable, accurate bookkeeping, organized, good attendance records, business ethics, accountable and good team player
- Health Canada accountable reports pertaining to payable
- Input production and accountability of accuracy
- Setup of new Suppliers (complete info.)
- Knowledge on how Reports functions work
**Skills**:
- Excellent observation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Hours
- Monday - Thursday
- 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM (with lunch ½ hour)
- Occasional Fridays when required
- Flexible hours if necessary
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
