**Team Lead - Insurance Broker**
Your success stems from you partnering with the Branch Manager to develop and support an effective team of sales professionals. You have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals and targets.
**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Coach and mentor your team with the guidance and support of your manager
- Review office metrics with your manager to action data-driven decisions to foster growth
- Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance, utilizing the findings with your team in a coaching capacity
- Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements, while ensuring your teams client activities are dealt with effectively
- Conduct sales calls and up-sell products to new and existing clients, modelling best practices, to contribute to the growth of the business
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
**The value you bring**
- General Insurance Level 1 License required
- Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
- History of leading by example when implementing initiatives and best practices
- Willingness to consider new perspectives, ability to pivot
- Demonstrate understanding of how daily tactics drive the broader business operations and align with long-term strategy
- Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment
- Involvement in industry related associations and your community
Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hour/week

**Salary**: #53,000 - $75,000
