**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?**:

- a dedicated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team in the well known school cafeteria. - The Prep Cook will assist in the preparation of various dishes, ensuring high-quality meals are served to our customers.

**DUTIES**:

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety principles and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
