**REQUIREMENTS**:

**COMPENSATION**:Starting pay begins at $20.00/hr with no experience, and goes as high as 35+/hour. Wage DOE. Training, materials required to complete jobs, and shirts are supplied.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize project management tools such as Project Server and Confluence to track progress and communicate updates effectively.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Mentor and supervise team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
- Ensure that all project documentation is maintained accurately for future reference.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Familiarity with Houzz Pro is a plus for managing client relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in product development and overseeing project implementation processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
