Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate, monitor and manage equipment to ensure quality products and mínimal unplanned downtime
- Perform machinery setup and operation based on the training and documentation provided
- Load and unload material from machinery
- Program parts using CNC software
- Program foam recipes using foam injector and press software
- Report completed manufacturing orders and any non-conforming products in the MRP system
- Maintain proper housekeeping of work area
- Perform various maintenance requirements to both the equipment and the tools such as calibration, specialized cleaning and minor repairs
- Perform foam tank changeovers and empty tank return process
- Report issues to Team Lead and troubleshoot machine issues as they arise
- Assume other related tasks at the request of the Department Manager, Supervisor or Team Lead

Skills, Education, and/or Experience
- Experience operating hydraulic or servo-electric press brakes is a definite asset
- Must have good mechanical skills
- Able to use computers proficiently
- Possess a positive attitude
- Able to be coached and must have a willingness to learn
- Communicate clearly and effectively with others
- Able to work proficiently in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently
- Able to read and understand documentation (maintenance manuals, drawings etc.) supplied to them with mínimal additional instructions from a Team Lead, and complete the work as described
- Able to conduct necessary measurement and quality checks as directed
- Punctuality and good attendance are a must
- Able to work overtime as needed

Job Conditions
**Physical Demands**:

- Light physical effort - able to lift up to 20lbs at times.
- Sitting, lifting, squatting, pushing, or reaching for intermittent or extended periods.

**Work Environment**:

- Factory, Warehouse, Distribution Center, Office.
- May be exposed to loud, repetitive sounds from machinery or equipment.
- May use chemicals or other in accordance with MSDS.
- May operate machinery in close proximity or with objects exposed to eyes or face.

Weekly 40 hours
Monday to Thursday 4:30pm-3:00am
$1.50 per hour Afternoon premium applies above pay rate.
