Contributes to the overall success of the IB Financial Planning & Analysis in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. **Is this role right for you? In this role, you will**: - Ensure the integrity of the financial results and the timely completion of financial reporting. - Support Quarter end process, including but not limited to analysis, consolidation, reporting and presentation of International Banking results - Analyze financial performance - Support and monitor appropriate performance measurement criteria and key metrics. - Analysis of results includes the Forecast, Stress Test, Plan, Board Slides, Quarterly reporting, and 3Y outlook - Develop and maintain financial measurement processes and a comprehensive business model to provide accurate and consistent assessment of financial performance at the divisional, regional, and country level.
