**Position: Luxury Art Sales & Client Relations Specialist (Commission-Only)**
**Location: Remote / Flexible**

I’m currently seeking a highly driven and emotionally intelligent individual to join my luxury art and design brand. As a designer of rare, high-end sculptures tailored for elite clientele, I’m looking for someone who understands the codes of the luxury industry and knows how to build meaningful, long-term relationships with discerning clients.

This role is for someone who is passionate about excellence, thrives in exclusive environments, and is motivated by the idea of connecting bespoke art pieces with those who value rarity, identity, and legacy.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Identifying and reaching out to high-end companies (real estate developers, luxury hotels, galleries, etc.) and individuals who could benefit from custom luxury sculptures
- Creating and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners
- Presenting our unique artistic vision with professionalism, emotion, and confidence
- Proposing tailored ideas and collaborations that reflect both the client’s values and our brand philosophy
- Offering a high-touch, white-glove experience from first contact to closing
- Thinking creatively and independently to open new doors and uncover unique opportunities

**Ideal Profile**:

- Minimum 5+ years experience in **luxury sales**, ideally with an established network
- Experience in the **art industry** is a strong advantage
- Deep understanding of the luxury market and what high-end clients truly value
- Outstanding emotional intelligence, confidence, and the ability to connect authentically
- Proactive, independent, and creative in approach
- Fluent in English and French (if targeting Quebec/Canada), or any other language relevant to your target market

**Compensation**:
This is a commission-only position. Ideal for someone already working with high-net-worth clients or who thrives on performance-based income with significant earning potential.
