**Carpenter Job Description**:

- Purpose of this Position:_

As a Carpenter you will provide skilled support to Ste. Anne's Construction team. You will perform various construction tasks, with emphasis on framing and tiling.

**Job Summary**:

- Full-time, permanent position
- Wage: $32 - $36 per hour
- Paid bi-weekly

**Responsibilities**:

- Concrete - footings, ICF, small pads
- Framing - stick framing, walls and rafters, setting trusses, sheeting walls and roofs
- Roofing - shingles, steel
- Installing exterior doors and windows
- Proficient with interior finishes - drywall, flooring such as tile and hardwood, installing interior doors and trim
- Safe use and understanding of power tools such as saws, drills, hand tools, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools/equipment, and/or report any broken tools/equipment to manager
- Wear appropriate PPE and weather-appropriate clothing
- Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Keep Manager in the loop on low materials and issues on the job
- Maintain work areas, construction areas, and outdoor areas in a safe, neat and orderly condition

**Job Requirements**:

- Capable of lifting 50-100 lbs on a regular basis.
- Monday to Friday regular schedule, but willing to stay late or come in early if occasionally required to meet tight deadlines or complete critical tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years carpentry experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
