**Job Requirements**:
- Visual inspection for defects and for conformance to specifications and quality standards, visually or using sample models and instruments.
- Affix tags to approved items and return defective products for repair or recycle.
- Prepares inspection reports and issues final release of documents and parts.
- Place parts into stock and inventory.
- Utilizes Lean Principles with a Continuous Improvement mindset in daily duties.
- Presents a well-organized, systems thinking approach.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean tidy and organized work area.
- Follows safe work practices at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned_**.**_
**This vacant role requires fluency in English (read, write and speak) and computer literacy in Windows MS, with the ability to effectively respond to changing priorities/deadlines. Requires 1-2 years Manufacturing experience, preferably within precision machining.**
**Must have reliable personal transportation (no public transportation available).**
**THIS ROLE HAS EARLY START TIMES AND ROTATING NIGHT SHIFTS.**

- visual inspection: 2 years (preferred)
- rotating shifts: 2 years (preferred)
