Reporting to the Manager, Walls and Conflicts you will be responsible for working with the Conflicts & File Opening Co-ordinator and the Ethical Wall and Compliance Co-ordinator in all aspects of these roles, as well as other tasks as described below.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing OPEN requests, including preliminary conflicts, new matter and file change
- Maintains changes to the Conflict Report and Restricted List Report
- Conduct testing and maintenance of Intapp OPEN and Wallbuilder and other system integrations
- Test and maintain changes to OPEN and World Check, and works directly with the vendor
- Maintains updates to firmwide Policies on STELLA
- On a quarterly basis, prepares, distributes and reports on 120 Days No Activity Report
- Maintains various internal lists, C-16 and Director/Officer/Trustee/Sanctions/Client WatchList
- Responsible for semi-annual Restricted List Updates - Tor/Ott/Cal/Van
- Oversees the distribution of the Monthly New Client Open Report
- Maintains STELLA content with respect to Conflicts, File Opening, Ethical Walls and Restricted Trading
- Assists with Departure Lawyer Checklist as required
- Responsible for creating, updating and dismantling Ethical Walls using IntApp software and CMS
- Responsible for Trade Requests as well as any required updates (Tor/Ott/Van)
- Maintain and follow-up of Retainer Letters to ensure compliance
- Work with the Professional & Ethics Committee and/or other Committees to ensure we are meeting their requirements and or Best Practices
- Provides scheduling and coverage for after-hours conflict coverage on a rotating basis.

**Skills/Knowledge/Experience**:

- Must be a team player and work within a team
- Law Clerk Designation and research experience a definite asset
- Knowledge of CMS or Elite
- Must have knowledge of MS Word
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized and very detail-oriented
- Must think creatively, have a positive attitude and ability to learn new functions quickly
- Must work according to standardized procedures and general work direction

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- On call schedule as determined by the needs of the business.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary
