**Position Summary**

The Extraction Technician is responsible for carrying out the extraction processes while working effectively as a team member to meet production goals. The Extraction Technician completes the extraction of cannabis oil from the cannabis plants at the facilities. S/he will operate production equipment for cannabis extraction processes including filtering, diluting, formulating, and filling.

**Full training will be provided on site**. Experience operating equipment is preferred, we are looking for someone with a passion to learn in a growing industry and welcome those from various industries. If you love working to perfect your craft, are comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic workspace, and comfortable working both as part of the team or individually, this is the opportunity for you.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

**Qualifications**
- Industrial and or production experience are assets.
- Experience in the cannabis industry or a related field such as chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or natural products is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a controlled environment.
- Clean criminal record.
- Experience operating analytical equipment is beneficial.
- Must become an SCP.

**Work Conditions**
- Shifts will be a 3-week cycle.
- **Week 1 (Days) - 6 x 12hrs**:

- **Week 2 (Nights) - 6 x 12hrs**:

- **Week 3 (REST) - Off**:

- PPE Provided: Scrubs, gloves, hairnets, and safety shoes.
- Use of high-pressure inert gas, high risk.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Standing and walking for long periods of time.
- Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and reach as needed.
- Able to lift to 40 pounds.
- Physically able to lift and use tools.

**Compensation**
- **Very Competitive Salary** factoring in Night shift Premium and Overtime.
