**The Role**: We have an immediate opening for an **IT Manager** to join our multi-disciplinary team. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). To succeed in this role, you must be diligent with quality, focused, analytical, and excel in a team-based environment. **Main Responsibilities**:

- Support company-wide IT infrastructure during office hours (Mon to Fri, 8am to 4:30pm PT) and occasionally after hours as required.
- Coordinate and manage our external IT managed services provider.
- Help install and configure laptops, desktops, servers, virtual machines, software, networks, and printers.
- Manage special projects as they arise e.g., upgrading legacy systems, security improvements, software installation, etc.
- Organize, purchase, and maintain our inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Maintain documentation for systems and procedures.
- Administer IT policies.

**You will be a great fit if you have**:

- 5+ years of proven IT experience in a multi-user/office environment including having played a key role in implementing projects such as network upgrades, server installations/migrations, etc.
- Relevant degree, diploma, or IT certifications.
- Coding and database skills, especially PHP, Python and SQL Server.
- Problem solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, organize, prioritize, and maintain a high quality of work.
- Located in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia or a strong desire to permanently relocate.
