Position: Assistant Warehouse Manager

Location: Saskatoon, SK

Reports to: Leader of Production/Warehouse Manager

**The Role**

As the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure that materials required at various locations are promptly and efficiently delivered and assist in the daily operations of the warehouse.

**Responsibilities**
Coordinate deliveries to and from job sites

Verify counts and prices on shipments

Maintain computerized purchase order system

Assist in product and material research for Technicians

Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections

Monitor staff performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency and safety goals are met

Show employees how their individual contributions matter to the company's success

Exemplify the company core values to all staff, technicians and clients

Assist warehouse with pick-ups/deliveries using company vehicle as required

Drive company vehicle safely obeying all laws and regulations

Assist in loading trucks for deliveries

Assist with Fleet Management

Performing stock checks, weekly, monthly, yearly as requested/required

Restock service bins; Air conditioner, Furnace and Renovation as requested

Ensure all materials are stored properly and safely

Keep warehouse neat, clean and orderly

Maintain respectfulness and professionalism during daily warehouse and delivery operations

**Qualifications/Keys to Success**:
Valid class 5 driver’s license with good driving abstract

Organized and effective planner

Strong verbal and written communication

Outgoing and personable attribute

Demonstrates company core values daily

Ability to perform tasks effectively within time constraints

Ability to lift heavy objects

Positive, can-do attitude

Helpful; offers assistance and means for improvement

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- warehouse/supervisor: 5 years (preferred)
