**Job Summary**: The painter is responsible for ensuring that all parts are sprayed to a consistently high quality in a manufacturing atmosphere. Responsibilities will include the identification of defective products, performing all work in a safe manner, cleaning and maintaining painting and coating, ventilation, compressed air and personal protective equipment, and is responsible for painting both Donkin and CWT product lines. This position will also be cross-trained as a Sandblaster, which is responsible for sandblasting parts to prepare for paint.

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Participate in and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Take part in training for equipment such as forklift and Overhead crane
- Select appropriate paint, mix paints according to manufacturer specifications
- Operate hand-held spray guns to spray paint or coat stationary items
- Clean and maintain painting/coating, ventilation, compressed air and personal protective equipment
- Sand blasting
- Working outside when required
- Clean and perform preparation of work site, set up and operate blast booth
- Operate, read and maintain air monitoring devices when working in confined spaces and/or hazardous environments
- Meet and maintain company quality standards
- Actively participates in the implementation and daily routines of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Actively participates and cooperates with internal/external ISO Audits
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
- knowledgeable in the tools required for various assembly processes
- High school or equivalent

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
