Hawthorne Energy LLC operates in Canada through our wholly-owned subsidiary HWN Energy, Ltd.

HWN Energy, Ltd. is currently seeking to fill the following position:
**Job Title: Mineral & Contracts Administrator (Permanent)**

**Location: Calgary**

**Reports to: Land Manager, Negotiations and A&D**

The **Mineral & Contracts Administrator** must be motivated, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment within a high-performance team. Multitasking and priority setting skills will be necessary to manage the day to day activities.

**Mineral Land Administration**
- Support Land Manager, Negotiations and A&D in all areas of Mineral A&D Administration.
- Prepare and review all necessary closing documentation, attend closing, update land system post-closing, perform all post - closing tasks.
- Perform title review on JV contracts, Land contracts and minerals to assist in due diligence.
- Track and administer ROFR notices received from 3rd parties.
- Coordinate system conversions
- Input and update P2 Land where required based on transactions.
- Maintain closing books digitally.
- Identify and curate title deficiencies post close.

**Requirements**:

- a strong understanding of Units, COO Agreements, Service Agreements, and A/D.
- in-depth knowledge of oil and gas production terminology, production flow, and production and financial accounting processes.
- internal and external communication skills.
- excellent organization skills.
- flexible mindset
- no hesitation in seeking team input
- established network in the oil and gas Industry
- 7-10 years’ experience in A&D administration

Geo Scout AFE programs

P2 CS Land AER (DDS, OneStop)

Enerlink Abadata

Petrinex Microsoft Office software

ETS Accounting Systems (EnergyLink, Qbyte)
