- Availability to work 5 shifts a week (32 - 40 hrs)
- At least 4 years experience in a fast paced retail sales driven environment
- Confident, mature, and responsible with a positive, energetic, upbeat attitude
- Exceptional customer communication skills: Confidently engaging and respectful with customers both in person and on the phone
- Have a passion for plants and flowers with the creative ability and the interest in making spaces beautiful
- Ability to hit the ground running and multitask in a busy team environment
- Adaptable
- Detail oriented
- Organized and efficient
- Sense of humour
- Excellent decision making and problem solving
- Proficiency with POS systems and Google Workspace
- flexible schedule including weekends
