**Responsibilities**:

- Take direction from the maintenance manager.
- Prioritize tasks based on guest comfort and risk to property.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly.
- Use hand and power tools to perform maintenance and repairs.
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.

Qualifications:

- Experience in general building maintenance, minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping.
- Valid Class 5 driving licence.
- Physical strength and agility to meet job requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience with hand and power tools
