- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend appropriate eyelash extensions based on their natural lashes and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment between clients.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions to provide the best service possible.

'''Experience'''
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client's experience.
- Experience in front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling payments, is a plus.
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
- Retail sales experience is beneficial.
